Refund policy

At The Groven we want you to love your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or with missing parts please contact us within 3 working days of delivery at hello@thegroven.co.uk with photos of the damage. We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Change of Mind Returns

Due to the large and bespoke nature of our furniture pieces we are unable to offer free returns for change of mind purchases. If you wish to return an item due to change of mind:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery

  • A restocking and handling fee of 35% of the purchase price will apply

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Items must be returned in original unused condition and original packaging

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and dispatched it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel before dispatch please contact us immediately at hello@thegroven.co.uk and we will do our best to assist.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 working days back to your original payment method.

We strongly recommend carefully checking all product dimensions before ordering. Full dimensions are listed on every product page.
